Kelly Bradley joins IPX1031 with a distinguished background in real estate law and 1031 Exchanges. She started her career as a Tax Advisor in New York City for a “Big 6” Accounting Firm and went on to practice real estate law in Upstate New York, representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions. Kelly began working at IPX1031 in the National Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division, focusing on complex parking transactions. Her expertise and experience also include lecturing on tax-deferred exchange topics for attorneys, CPAs, and real estate agents.
In her new role, Kelly Bradley will play a crucial part in overseeing legal strategies and assisting our client’s advisors. Her extensive experience with complex legal matters and regulatory compliance will be instrumental in supporting IPX1031’s continued growth and commitment to excellence.
