IPX1031 Vice President, Whitney Brennan, is located in the Atlanta, Georgia office. Prior to joining Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc., Whitney held key management and business development positions at other national 1031 Exchange companies. With over 20 years of real estate industry experience, much of it focused on 1031 Exchanges, Whitney is an invaluable asset to investors, real estate, legal and tax advisors with her vast 1031 Exchange knowledge and experience. As a 1031 Exchange rules and 1031 regulations expert, Whitney frequently lecturers on 1031 Exchanges and provides continuing education seminars for attorneys, accountants, financial planners, real estate professionals and investors. Over the years, Whitney has been a member of various industry and trade associations: CREW, CCIM, ICSC, and FEA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Whitney covers the states of Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina for IPX1031.

  • Withholding Amount – 3% of sales price (if over $20K)
  • Buyer is responsible to withhold
  • 1031 exemption – Yes. There is no filing requirement but the Seller can complete Form
