What property types can be exchanged into and out of? What is Like Kind Property?
Like Kind property simply means investment real property for investment real property. It refers to the nature or character of the property, and not its grade or quality. So, you’re able to exchange a single-family rental for a commercial building, raw land for an apartment building, etc. So many wonderful options to choose from!
