Prior to the transfer of your Replacement Property, it is critical that IPX1031 has prepared the proper Replacement Property documentation which will make your acquisition part of the exchange. We will need:
1. Closing Agent’s contact information (name, phone number, e-mail address), and Escrow/Closing Agent Case or File Number
2. A copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreements for properties you intend to acquire
3. Wiring Instructions
4. Signed assignment and authorization to wire (IPX1031 documents that will be prepared after receiving 1-3 listed above)
