Beck, Esq. is the Manager for the National Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division and serves as Exchange Counsel for Investment Property Exchange Service, Inc. ​Jim has been a practicing attorney since 1992 and is an expert in 1031 Exchange rules and 1031 regulations His experience in owning and working with many 1031 Exchange companies and clients is immense and gives Jim broad expertise in addressing complex and extraordinary tax issues requiring specialized tax knowledge.

Jim has given many 1031 seminars and presentations and has assisted clients with thousands of 1031 Exchanges. He holds an LLM (post-law school degree) in Taxation.
