Job Description

IPX1031, a national 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary and a Fidelity National Financial company is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing technology team.

In this role you will be an integral member of the marketing technology department providing support to our marketing technology and sales teams, and collaboration on internal and external marketing initiatives. Additionally, you will be challenged with developing and executing compelling written and visual content that promotes IPX1031’s services and brand.

The ideal candidate should be able to take initiative, lead and coordinate, and manage assignments.   You’ll play a critical part in our growth and success, and will have high visibility throughout the organization.

The location of this position is in our Chicago downtown headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Implement digital marketing strategies and programs, including social platforms, content, engagement, digital directories, reviews, SEO, CRM/automation and site content updates.
• Video and webinar creation, execution and post production.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly and ad hoc reporting of marketing activities and results.
• Produce and manage internal/external communication materials and systems.
• Conceptualize, develop and execute engaging print and digital marketing materials.
• Assist sales team with marketing technology training and materials support as needed.
• Utilize knowledge on the latest digital marketing trends, products and services.
• Assist with special projects, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desirable. Work experience can be considered in place of a degree
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, MarTech, Communications, Agency, Digital Marketing
• Experience using CRM, content and automation campaigns creation
• Power-user of all major social media sites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, at minimum)
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Past experience with SEO, GMB, Bing Places, Google Analytics
• Experience or familiarity with 1031 Exchanges, real estate law, escrow, title, tax a plus
