Banking Administrator

Job Description
Perform account reconciliations, input wire requests on various banking platforms, approve wire transfers, open new bank accounts, close bank accounts, review documentation for proper signatures and payees, review W-9 forms, make decisions regarding placement of funds among multiple banks, and other duties as directed.
Requirements
Candidate must have the ability to work under time pressure, possess good attention to detail, high level of accuracy, good organizational skills, and computer literacy with basic, functional knowledge of Word and Excel, good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. College degree with concentration in accounting or business is desirable. At least 3 years of Banking experience. A good understanding of anti-money laundering, fraud prevention principles and basic knowledge of accounting operations are desirable.
Compensation
Commensurate with experience and abilities.
