About IPX1031

Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX1031), a national 1031 Exchange Qualified Intermediary and a Fidelity National Financial company, is seeking a strategic, analytical, and systems-driven Marketing Technology & CRM Lead to join our Marketing Technology team.

IPX1031 supports investors, advisors, and real estate professionals nationwide in executing 1031 Exchange transactions involving Relinquished Property and Replacement Property.

This role will be instrumental in shaping and optimizing our CRM ecosystem and marketing technology infrastructure.

Position Overview

The Marketing Technology & CRM Lead will serve as a primary stakeholder in IPX1031’s CRM migration and long-term system ownership. This individual will help architect CRM structure, optimize automation workflows, maintain data integrity, and build reporting frameworks that drive informed business decisions.

This is a highly cross-functional role working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Operations. The ideal candidate combines technical capability with business acumen and has aspirations to grow into a Product Owner or business leadership role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

CRM Migration & System Leadership

  • Serve as a key stakeholder in the implementation and migration to a new CRM platform (Go High Level experience preferred)
  • Assist in CRM architecture design, pipeline configuration, automation workflows, tagging structure, and integrations
  • Establish CRM governance standards, documentation, and best practices
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user adoption and system efficiency
  • Act as internal subject matter expert for CRM functionality and optimization

Data Architecture & Management

  • Develop and maintain clean, structured, and scalable data models
  • Implement data hygiene processes, segmentation standards, and lifecycle tracking
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across marketing and sales data systems
  • Oversee lead routing logic and attribution structure

Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Maintain and enhance dashboards for marketing performance, pipeline tracking, and order reporting
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting
  • Develop forecasting models to support sales planning and growth strategy
  • Analyze trends across campaigns, channels, and sales performance to provide actionable insights

Marketing Technology Support

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Technology team on automation campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
  • Support campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurement
  • Assist with system integrations across marketing platforms
  • Provide internal training, documentation, and support for CRM and reporting tools

Strategic & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales leadership to optimize pipeline visibility and conversion tracking
  • Work with leadership to align CRM and reporting strategy with business objectives
  • Identify scalable systems and automation opportunities that support long-term growth
  • Assist with special projects and evolving Martech initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM Administration, Marketing Technology, Business Operations, or related field
  • Direct experience participating in or supporting a CRM migration
  • Strong analytical and data modeling skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Go High Level preferred; Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar considered)
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, lead scoring, and pipeline management
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent professional experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Experience in real estate, financial services, escrow, title, tax, or 1031 Exchange industry a plus
