Kelly Bradley, Esq.

​Kelly Bradley, Vice President and National Senior Exchange Counsel at IPX1031, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role. She began her career as a Tax Advisor in New York City for a “Big 6” Accounting Firm and later practiced real estate law in Upstate New York, representing lenders, buyers, and sellers in both residential and commercial transactions.

Kelly initially joined IPX1031 in the National Reverse and Improvement Exchange Division, where she focused on complex parking transactions. Her extensive knowledge also includes lecturing on tax-deferred exchange topics to attorneys, CPAs, and real estate agents. Before rejoining IPX1031, she served as an Exchange Counselor at a National Qualified Intermediary.

Kelly is a licensed attorney in New York. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University. Her diverse background and comprehensive understanding of tax and real estate law make her a valuable asset to the IPX1031 team.
