Toija J. Beutler, Esq., Sr. Vice President and Northwest Regional Manager of Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc. (IPX1031), graduated from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College. She has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 1982. After leaving private practice she joined IPX1031 in 1992. In her position she speaks on IRC §1031 tax deferred exchanges to attorneys, tax advisors, real estate professionals, lenders and investors.
