In 1998, the name was changed to Fidelity National 1031 Exchange Services, Inc. to reflect our close affiliation with Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. We have changed our name again to Investment Property Exchange Services, Inc., to reflect our truly national presence and scope of services for our valued associations and marketing alliances with real estate and investment property service providers.
